Next up in The Latin Lover season... Camille (1921)
On June 21st, come watch Camille, a hauntingly beautiful adaptation of Dumas' tragic love story. This is one of Valentino's most emotionally nuanced performances as he was often typecast as the exotic seducer.

The film was produced by and stars Alla Nazimova, one of early Hollywood's most powerful women. It is remembered for its striking Art Deco-inspired set design and avant-garde visual style which was unusual for its time.

As always, the screening will feature a live musical accompaniment, followed by a post-film discussion in true Cinephile Paradiso style!
