    The initial short film we created in 2022 is available for viewing right here, right now. It tells the tale of two aliens journeying through the Universe who arrive on Earth with an urgent mission, specifically targeting Ireland. Up to this point, this film has only been presented during screenings of other films at Silent Cinema. Nevertheless, we felt it was time to venture into the broader waters.     Our first silent film

    We launched the Cinema in 2022 with a presentation of a mini-documentary styled like a silent film from 2021, called The Birth of Cinema. This film explores the origins and history of silent movies, a revolutionary and boundless form of film art that transformed the world forever, serving as the avant-garde of modern cinema. This film takes you on an exciting adventure. It’s a journey across dimensions, time, and space. The enchantment of silent cinema is largely due to the significant role of live music that fills the air during the screening. With the accompaniment of our resident pianists performing live music throughout the showings, you can feel the same emotions and sensations that the first audiences experienced over a century ago.
